Here are five senior care and aging resources in the City of Portland and Multnomah County that can support older adults and their families. These resources aim to assist seniors in living independently while providing families peace of mind knowing their loved ones have access to support and services that address their health, safety, and well-being.

     

    Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC) of Oregon
    The ADRC provides information, assistance, and screening for services to support seniors, adults with disabilities, and veterans. They help connect individuals with resources such as long-term care options, caregiver support, and access to social services. Available 24/7, the ADRC ensures that individuals can get help whenever they need it.

        Family Caregiver Support Program
        This program supports unpaid caregivers who are caring for someone aged 60 or older.
